Refund & Cancellation

You may cancel an order any time before it is dispatched, at no cost. Once the parcel has been handed to the courier, we are unable to cancel it, but you can decline the delivery and we will process a refund once the parcel returns to us.

Prepaid refunds are initiated within 2 working days of approval and reflect in your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days depending on your bank.

For Cash on Delivery orders, we issue refunds through UPI or bank transfer once you share your account details with our team.
